Zehra is one of the four women entrepreneurs who opened an electric repair shop for the first time in their neighbourhood after receiving a grant during a skills training workshop organised by AKDN.

Since 2011, AKDN has supported 63,000 people like Zehra in Northern Pakistan to develop the skills and confidence they need to become enterprising and gain meaningful employment.
