The Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) in Bangladesh, in partnership with local civil society organisations, seeks to improve local capacity to deliver quality early childhood development (ECD) services to hard-to-reach families. These services include pre-schools, early learning centres, day-care facilities for working families – including for children of garment workers – and parenting programmes.
