Oslo, Norway, 7 April 2005 - The Aga Khan spoke at the Nobel Institute and signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Norway and the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). Under the MOU, AKDN and the Norwegian government will explore and strengthen cooperation in the areas of culture, health and education, rural development, capacity building, human resource development and economic recovery.
