University of Central Asia
The University of Central Asia (UCA) was founded in 2000. The Presidents of the Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan and Kazakhstan and His Highness the Aga Khan signed the International Treaty and Agreement on the establishment of this secular and private university, which was ratified by the parliaments of the respective countries and registered with the UN. Presidents are patrons of UCA and His Highness is Chancellor.
