University of Central Asia
The University of Central Asia (UCA) was founded in 2000. The Presidents of the Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan and Kazakhstan and His Highness the Aga Khan signed the International Treaty and Agreement on the establishment of this secular and private university, which was ratified by the parliaments of the respective countries and registered with the UN. Presidents are patrons of UCA and His Highness is Chancellor.

The University of Central Asia provides formal, university-based, non-degree educational programmes. Since 2006, it has engaged over 103,000 youth and adults in vocational and professional development courses.

2016
The University of Central Asia's campus in Naryn, Kyrgyz Republic, begins accepting students for its Bachelor-Master degree programmes in the autumn of 2016.
