Burkina Faso

In Burkina Faso, the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) activities include economic development projects particularly in agricultural extension services − investments that have made the Network one of the largest employers in the country − as well as microfinance activities.  On the cultural front, the AKDN organised an Aga Khan Award of Architecture seminar that highlighted the work of Burkinabé recipients of the Award.
