FM Kazakbaev meets with diplomatic rep of AKDN due to completion of his mission in country

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Ruslan Kazakbaev held a meeting last week with the Diplomatic Representative of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) in the Kyrgyz Republic Shamsh Kassim-Lakha. During the meeting, Ruslan Kazakbaev expressed gratitude to Shamsh Kassim-Lakha for his active work on the implementation of projects, aimed at the development of education, mountain regions, culture and economy of the republic. The minister also congratulated his interlocutor on the 20th anniversary of signing of the Cooperation Agreement between the Kyrgyz Republic and AKDN. Kazakbaev highlighted the activities of the University of Central Asia in Naryn as a recognised regional centre for education and science development. Shamsh Kassim-Lakha expressed gratitude to Kazakbaev for the assistance provided by the ministry to the AKDN.
