Cultural development

In view of the current conditions in Syria, the Aga Khan Development Network’s (AKDN) efforts are focused on responding to the humanitarian crisis, including emergency health care and food aid. As part of these humanitarian assistance activities, the Aga Khan Trust for Culture is restoring cultural heritage. As in all countries in which it works, AKDN takes a long-term view and remains committed to assisting the peoples of Syria to improve the quality of their lives.
