In Kenya, a gardener tends to the indigenous tree nursery at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge. Fact Description: 

AKDN has long championed the cause of good stewardship of the environment. However, as environmental degradation and climate change have had a growing impact on the populations that AKDN serves, protecting the environment and mitigating climate change, as well as helping populations adapt to the effects of climate change, has taken on increased urgency and importance.
